Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions
The Providence Global Finance 'Refer a Friend' offer is available to all UK residents aged over 18.
The referred client ("the Referred Client") must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Providence Global Finance for this offer before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the party referring the Referred Client ("the Referrer") and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Referrer will indemnify Providence Global Finance for any loss or claim arising from the Referrer's failure to procure such consent.
The number of referrals that a Referrer can make is five (5).
A Referred Client can only be referred once. In the event that a Referred Client is referred to Providence Global Finance more than once, only the first Referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this offer.
The Referrer will not be eligible to receive any referral gift in the event that the Referred Client has already instructed Providence Global Finance to arrange a mortgage on their behalf.
In the event that Providence Global Finance is (for whatever reason) unable to procure one of the stated referral gifts, the Referrer will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these terms and conditions.
Permanent employees, contract and temporary workers working directly for Providence Global Finance are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
Providence Global Finance has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
The Referrer is eligible to receive either a £50 John Lewis, One4all or Amazon voucher to spend if the Referred Client then instructs Providence Global Finance and completes on a mortgage arranged by Providence Global Finance. This instruction must be received by Providence Global Finance within 12 months of the date on which the Referrer made the referral. Instructions received outside the 12-month period will not generate a gift card to the Referrer.
The Referrer will receive the voucher of their choosing within 28 days of the Referred Client completing on a mortgage using Providence Global Finance.
